Payment by customers can be made via:

- By bank transfer to the following coordinates
- By Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

The shipment of the products is subject to receipt of payment:
- Shipment is prepared within 24 hours via Paypal
- By credit card, shipments are prepared within 24/48 hours (unless otherwise specified by the credit card manager)
- By bank transfer, it usually takes 48/72 hours after the payment has been credited to the friov srl account.

Upon receipt of payment, the goods are handed over to the GLS express courier by 12:30 PM the same day. After handing over the shipment to the express courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number (on the GLS website, it is tracked as Customer Package ID). Alternatively, you can log in to your account on mondoricondizionato.it and select (ORDERS) to view the latest status of your order.

Our company always uses express courier, which guarantees speed and reliability. Delivery times are approximately 24-72 hours depending on the destination. For the South and the islands, shipping always takes 48-72 hours.

friov srl reserves the right to deliver Products (even if related to the same order) in multiple, consecutive deliveries. Special delivery terms and conditions must be agreed upon in advance between the Customer and friov srl and accepted in writing by friov srl. Shipping costs for replacing Products are the responsibility of the customer. Upon delivery, the customer must check whether the adhesive tape belongs to FRIOV SRL or not. If the tape is securely attached to the package, the customer can accept the package without issue. If the package presents any concerns, such as damaged packaging or openings, it is recommended to refuse the package. This liability may exclude the warranty due to damage or missing parts during transport.
