Return and Refund Conditions
These general conditions of sale govern the methods and conditions for returning products sold by Mondoricondizionato.
All contracts for the sale of Products by Mondoricondizionato to third parties are governed by these Return Conditions, which form an integral part of every proposal, order and purchase order confirmation for the products.
The return conditions applicable to your order are those in force on the date of the order itself.

The Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e., decide to return the item without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days of delivery, as indicated in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. European Directive EU 2011/83/EC (amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC) on e-commerce and distance selling. (Or from delivery of the last item, in the case of separate deliveries.)
To exercise the right of withdrawal
You will need to follow the instructions the operator will give you via email marketing@techflash.it or call 081 433053. From the day you communicated the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products and send them to the techflash headquarters.
Refund in case of withdrawal
If you purchase as a "consumer" and return an item within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item and shipping costs (excluding any additional charges, such as cash on delivery) for the shipping method you selected when placing your order, once the returned products have been received at our techflash store. Other services associated with your order, such as "technical costs for a product upgrade," will not be refunded in the event of a return.
If you purchase as a "Reseller, Business", you will be refunded the price of the item, but not the shipping costs.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, or the installation of viruses or malicious software that damages their characteristics and functioning, the seller may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

Please note that in the event of a return, the costs of returning the item (e.g., shipping and packaging) are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must ensure the return is properly packaged and is responsible for the courier's transportation from the buyer's address to Mondoricondizionato.
Refund Timeframes
The refund of the price of the item for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal and, where applicable, shipping costs, will be made within 14 days of receiving your notification. Friov srl (techflash.it) may withhold the refund until the item is received or until you provide proof of having returned it, whichever occurs first.
We Offer In-Store Returns
Friov srl offers customers in the area or those who can travel, the option of returning the product with the packaging released and all accessories intact to its Store at Via Gaetano Pelella N°10 Casoria 80026 (NA).

Packaging Preparation
