  • If it's a notebook, avoid using it on soft surfaces (sofas, beds)

2. ๐Ÿ”Œ Correct connections

  • Connect your monitor first , then your keyboard, mouse, speakers or headphones

  • If you use a wired connection , connect the Ethernet cable before turning on your PC

  • For gaming or high-performance PCs, make sure you use a power strip with surge protection.

3. โš™๏ธ First start-up and updates

  • Upon startup, verify correct date, time and language

  • Create a restore point once the system is configured

  • Set a strong password and, if possible, enable two-factor authentication for your accounts.

  • If you work with important files, consider a cloud service or external drive for automatic backup.

5. ๐ŸŒ Connection and peripherals

  • Test your internet connection now and make sure it is stable.

  • Connect and configure printers, scanners, or other external devices

  • If you're using a second monitor, adjust the resolution and layout from Settings > Display
